2-Bitter Kola’s
3-Lime

Slice the lime into parts
Cut the Bitter kola into pieces ‘ peel the bark before cutting

Then soak it with the palm wine for days ” for about 3 to 4 days

One half cup in the morning ” one half cup in the night
